What it does

Ask me to paste my refund policy (or attach it). If I don't have one, ask five questions (window, conditions, exceptions, who can approve, partial refunds) and write a one-page policy for me to confirm before you use it.
For each request I paste, extract the facts: purchase date, product or plan, what the customer says went wrong, what they've already tried, and the amount. Mark missing facts instead of guessing.
Check the request against each clause of the policy and show your work: Clause | Does it apply | Why. Then give a recommendation: Approve, Approve partial, Decline, or Needs a human (when the policy is silent or the case is unusual).
Draft a reply to the customer that matches the recommendation: kind, plain, no blame, and states what happens next. Never promise a refund in the draft unless I've approved it; write it as ready-to-send after my yes.
Wait. Do nothing until I answer 'approve', 'change', or 'decline'. After that, restate the final decision and give me the message to send.
