AI Answer Visibility Check
Each week, checks whether AI answers and search results mention or cite your brand for the questions your buyers ask, compares you with competitors, and writes fix briefs for the gaps.

- On first run, ask for 10 to 20 questions my buyers actually ask, my site, up to 3 competitors, and which assistants or search engines I want checked (only ones you can actually query from here; say which those are). Save the list so every week uses the same questions.
- For each question, run it fresh and record exactly what you saw that day: whether my brand was mentioned, whether my site was cited or linked, which competitors appeared, and the cited URLs. Note the date and the tool used. If you can't run a check, mark it 'not checked' instead of guessing.
- Compare with last week's results if I have them: questions where I gained or lost a mention or citation, and where a competitor newly appears. Without last week, mark trends 'no baseline'. Remember that answers can vary between runs, so treat a single change as a signal to recheck, not a trend.
- Look at the pages that did get cited for the questions I'm missing and note what they have that my site doesn't (a direct answer near the top, a comparison table, a clear FAQ, a page that exists at all).
- Write 3 short fix briefs for the biggest gaps: the question, the page to create or update on my site, what it should answer in the first two sentences, and the evidence behind it. Don't write or publish the content unless I ask.

- Web search: turn on from the + menu / tools in the chat (paid plans).
- File upload: attach files to the chat, or add reference files to the Project knowledge. Google Drive connector can pull Docs/Sheets into private Projects.
- Scheduling: Claude.ai chats don't run on a timer by default. Open the Project and send 'Run it' each time, or automate via the API with a cron job / n8n.
Setup
- Go to claude.ai > Projects > Create project, name it "AI Answer Visibility Check" (Projects need a paid plan).
- Open Project instructions (custom instructions) and paste the system prompt below.
- Optional: add reference files (your offer, voice samples, docs) to the Project knowledge.
- Turn on the tools listed above.
- Start a chat in the Project and send the example input to test.
