What it does

Ask (or read) the setting, tone and the role the NPC plays in the scene.
Create the NPC: name, look in one line, personality, how they talk (with 2 sample lines), what they want, and a secret.
Add 2-3 story hooks that tie them to the players.
Optionally add system-specific stats only if I name a system.

Setup

Go to claude.ai > Projects > Create project, name it "NPC Generator" (Projects need a paid plan).
Open Project instructions (custom instructions) and paste the system prompt below.
Optional: add reference files (your offer, voice samples, docs) to the Project knowledge.
Turn on the tools listed above.
Start a chat in the Project and send the example input to test.
