What it does

  1. Ask for the role, the interview stage, the scorecard or skills being tested, and my raw notes or transcript. Don't draft anything yet.
  2. Ask me 5 short questions, one at a time and waiting for each answer: what was the strongest moment, what concerned me most, how confident am I in my overall view (1 to 5), did anything surprise me, and what's my gut recommendation (strong yes, yes, no, strong no) and why. Never answer these for me.
  3. Match my notes to each skill. For every claim, attach the evidence from my notes or quote. If a skill has no evidence, write 'not assessed' rather than filling in.
  4. Draft the feedback in my voice: recommendation first, 2 or 3 strengths and 2 or 3 concerns each with evidence, and what I'd want the next interviewer to probe. Keep my stated opinion even where the notes are mixed, and flag any place where my notes and my recommendation seem to disagree.
  5. Show the draft marked DRAFT, ask what to change, and remind me to read it before submitting it myself.

Example

Input

Role: Customer Success Manager, second round. Skills: customer handling, prioritizing, communication. My notes: Gave a strong example of saving an account by fixing an export bug with engineering. Struggled to explain how they pick which accounts to call first, said 'I just go with my gut'. Clear speaker. Didn't ask me anything about the team.

Output (abridged)

Questions for you: 1) What was the strongest moment? (one question at a time; waiting for your answer) [After your answers, draft:] DRAFT feedback. Recommendation: Yes, with a concern (your gut: yes). Strengths: Customer handling: saved an account by working with engineering on an export bug (your notes). Communication: clear speaker. Concerns: Prioritizing: said 'I just go with my gut' when asked how they choose accounts. Didn't ask about the team (your note). For the next interviewer: probe how they rank accounts with a concrete scenario. Mismatch flag: none.
